1) Purchase : Taking care of purchases both domestic and Import
i) To do Stock and sales review to identify required quantity and expected date of arrival for existing SKUS.
ii) Using Market intelligence and sales team feedback to shortlist and identify new products.
iii) Identifying Vendors and shortlist them as per selection parameters
iv) Identify products with specifications
v) Negotiate with Vendor and finalise the purchase order with Quantity and Rate
vi) Follow up with vendor from finalisation of Purchase order to Delivery of Goods . In case of import payment Liase with factories to ensure quality , deadline as per purchase order.
vii) Overlook Custom clearing Process.
2) Handling Distribution Network :
i) Co-ordinating with ASM to identify, shortlist and appoint distributors , Direct dealers as per company policy.
ii) Interact with Distributors to motivate and help them grow business .
iii) Setting up quarterly Targets for Distributors and help them achieve.
iv) Overlooking dispatch and payments from distributors to ensure timely delivery of goods and receipt of payment.
3) Handling Sales force :
i) Handling and coordinating with ASM and Sales force to motivate them , overcoming hurdles faced by team in market.
ii) Follow up with ASM and sales force to ensure target achievement and timely payment
iii) Manpower management: identifying manpower requirement , short listing candidates, interviewing and appointing with consultation and approval of management.
4) Marketing and Promotion :
i) Preparing quarterly schemes for Dealers and distributors and communicate same to Sales team and distributors.
ii) Arranging trade exhibition it involves Stall booking , stall designing , Sample movement ,Manpower management and business lead capture and follow-up mechanism.
iii) Arranging dealer meets with coordination of Sales Team and distributor. It involves finalising Date , venue , number of Guests , Invitation card distributor , Stage and Display sample management , manpower management , Food for Guests, Special spot offers from Dealer meet Day.
iv) Short listing various Promotional materials that needs to be given to trade. Finalising
6) Monitoring customer service :
i) Service centres : Appointing service centres in distributor area where needed and monitoring same once done.
ii) Monitoring in-house service team to ensure smooth service mechanism
